one or more of the following disciplines: communications engineering,
electronic engineering, communications security, network analysis,

tasks. Applies advanced, state-of-the-art information technology
skills in the analysis, specification, design, development, integration,

and work closely with end users to understand their trouble situation
Tier 1 Deskside Roamers: Our deskside Roamers will typically be
help desk technicians that have excelled in their role and provide
excellent customer service. The Roamers will also be responsible
for installing approved hardware and software on to end-user workstations.
The Roamers will be more knowledgeable than the help desk technicians
about approved DOJ/DHS applications.
Tier 2 Help Desk and Roamers: The Level 2 Roamer position will
be very knowledgeable about the approved DOJ/DHS applications and
will be responsible for ensuring that SOP is followed when responding
to a trouble call in the field. Our Level 2 deskside Roamers will
be responsible for ensuring that the Level 1 roamers are correctly
responding to trouble calls and correctly installing approved hardware
and software. Typically, this person will establish the configuration
baseline. This person may also support the Help Desk in a Team Leader
capacity.
Help Desk Manager: Provides independent management of a technical
process. Required to perform complex analysis, concept formulation,
and new method identification. The program manager will serve as
the main POC for client program management staff. The program manager
will attends client meetings and makes recommendations as appropriate.
Responsible for the overall successful operation of the help desk.
Required Experience: Experience with Help Desk Software similar
to Remedy or Heat, Change control software such as PVCS Tracker.
Experience with the Micsoft office Suite including Outlook and Access.

Position Description: Position will report to the NAVSEA Program
Manager for Naval Facility Programs. This position will work on
more than one program and provide IT and analysis support to various
project managers. On the NAVSEA facilities program the candidate
will be responsible for assisting in the installation and ongoing
operations of the Computer Facility Management System (CFMS). This
system is not yet in place and will be installed, customized, and
supported under the initial tasking. The system will be made up
of hardware and software, including operating system software, database
software, and the overall network for the CFMS. In addition, the

will work with clients to perform requirements analysis on software

will work closely with several non-technical mangers to ensure all

Also required will be the ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot

suite, the Lead Information Engineer will serve as the senior expert
on Systems Requirement and Development Lifecycle (SDLC) process
as part of our onsite support team to the DEA. The IE shall use

management; defect tracking, and testing. Experience using Rational
tools such as: RequisitePro repository, including documentation

recommend strategies for integrating Legacy system data, sharing
data, accessing data through EAI, index, or batch load methods.
In addition, the candidate will be involved in all aspects of the
project development life cycle, including budgeting, financial management,
resource planning and management. This position will work closely
with the customer and end users to determine requirements. The successful
candidate must have the ability to supervise the collection of requirements
and have the ability to translate user requirements into system
specifications and software architectures. Most projects will require
knowledge of distributed server networks and N-Tier Architectures.
The Technical Project Manager will be involved in risk identification
and mitigation during the software development life cycle. This
position will interface with project people such as technical analysts,
software and system engineers, designers, and programmers. Must
effectively communicate to senior management as well as technical
professionals. Will be involved in the development of project plans
and other technical documentation. Should have experience conducting
peer and code reviews.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: A Masters Degree in technical
discipline or a Bachelors Degree in technical discipline with
equivalent work experience is required. A minimum of eight (8) to
ten (10) years of experience in Information Technology disciplines
supporting a variety of customers and products is required. Must
have experience managing a team of IT professionals in new technologies
and development projects. Must have experience applying software/hardware
architecture and process disciplines to support in development initiatives.
Must have experience with SEI CMM and implementing structured procedures.
Experience with data warehousing technologies and data mining technologies
will be required. Must be familiar with how to design a distributed
server network and N-tier network. Candidate must have a strong
analytical background with excellent problem solving and trouble
shooting skills. The successful candidate must have strong customer
service, interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
Previous experience with INS< DOS, or Customs systems is a plus.

Assurance Manager. Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
· Prepares and maintains technical documentation pertaining
to systems operation and maintenance, programming and applications,

into user documentation. · Plans, writes, and maintains systems
and user support documentation. · Authors original documents

to eight (8) years of experience in technical writing, covering
areas such as systems and networking, security and data collection

Should have knowledge of programming languages, compilers, debuggers,
and testers. Pervious experience teaching, developing software applications,
developing online help systems testing/verification of systems and
software, and requirements gathering are assets. Candidate should
posses the ability to work independently and interact with multiple
levels of client management and technical staff. Candidate should
have knowledge of Unix shell scripting, MS Visual Basic, C++, MS
